Events

Events (panel label "Wydarzenia") is an add-on for a venue that runs its own gatherings: workshops, tastings, an evening with music. You set the date and the programme, the guest signs up.

If the guest proposes the date for their own group, that is not an event but a package in Catering. The difference is who sets the date and the programme: the venue creates an Event, the customer picks a package.

When it is available

The Wydarzenia module works only when:

• your plan covers it (the "Wydarzenia i warsztaty" feature in Ustawienia → Abonament) or Delieta granted it to you,
• you have it switched on in Ustawienia → Moduły (it is off by default),
• you have the Sklep (Shop) module on. The add-on works only together with it.

Without the plan the panel answers: "Wydarzenia nie jest w Twoim abonamencie." Without the Shop: "Wydarzenia wymaga modułu Sklep. Najpierw włącz Sklep." Plan and module rules: Modules and subscription.

When it is off, the menu entry disappears. Pages under /app/wydarzenia show "Wydarzenia są wyłączone" and a Przejdź do modułów button. Your data stays. The shop stops receiving events, and event inquiries through the API are refused.

An event

In the panel menu the module sits in the Dodatki group, between Catering and Translations. The Wydarzenia page has two tabs: Wydarzenia and Zapytania. The list has the filters "Wszystkie", "Opublikowane", "Szkice" and "Minione". When the list is empty the panel suggests: "Dodaj pierwsze wydarzenie — warsztaty, degustację, wieczór z muzyką."

The event form has these sections:

• Podstawy (basics): "Tytuł" (title), "Dla kogo" (for whom), "Opis" (description) and a photo. The description is plain text. Lines starting with - become bullets.
• Cena (price): "Za osobę" (per person, in zloty), "Bezpłatne" (free) or "Do uzgodnienia" (by arrangement). The shop shows them as "45 zł / os.", "Bezpłatne" and "Cena do uzgodnienia".
• Uczestnicy na zgłoszenie (participants per inquiry): "Min." and "Maks." (1 to 500). This is the range of one inquiry, not a seat limit for the whole event.
• Termin (date): "Konkretne terminy" (specific dates; up to 60, each with "Data", "Godzina", "Do" and "Uwaga", and "Dodaj termin" adds another) or "Do uzgodnienia". The "Uwaga do terminu" field describes the whole.
• Zapisy (sign-up): "Formularz zapytania" (inquiry form) or "Tylko telefon" (phone only). If you do not enter an event phone, the company phone is used.
• Widoczność (visibility): status "Szkic" (draft), "Opublikowane" (published) or "Minione" (past), and "Kolejność" (order).
• Tłumaczenia (translations): with the Translations module on. The translations workbench has an events section.

The shop shows only Opublikowane events that still have a date ahead. Drafts and past events are hidden. When the last date passes, the event stops being visible by itself, with no action from you. The panel then warns: "Wszystkie terminy minęły — w sklepie wydarzenie zniknie." An event "Do uzgodnienia" does not expire by itself. Instead of deleting, you can mark an event "Minione": the panel suggests it when you delete.

There are no tickets or online payments for events. The panel also does not count seats for the whole event.

Sign-up: inquiry or phone

With Formularz zapytania the guest gives name, phone (required), number of participants and the chosen date. A message is optional. For an event without specific dates they give a preferred day. They may add an organisation.

With Tylko telefon the shop shows a call button. An API inquiry is refused: "Na to wydarzenie zapisujemy telefonicznie: <numer>."

Delieta makes sure that:

• the event exists and accepts inquiries ("Nie ma takiego wydarzenia.", "To wydarzenie nie przyjmuje zgłoszeń.", "To wydarzenie już się odbyło."),
• the date is one of those offered and not in the past ("Wybierz jeden z podanych terminów.", "Ten termin już minął. Wybierz inny.", "Ten dzień już minął. Wybierz późniejszy."),
• the number of participants fits the range ("Podaj liczbę uczestników od 8 do 25." is an example for a range of 8–25).

Event inquiries

Inquiries land in the Zapytania tab in Wydarzenia (/app/wydarzenia/zapytania). They also land in the catering inbox, where you see them under the "Wydarzenie" filter, but only while the Events module is on. The inquiry card shows the event, the date, the participants and an estimate, e.g. "≈ 450 zł". The estimate is a hint, not a price.

You handle an inquiry as in catering: change the Status and record the Wynik (outcome). There is no Utwórz zlecenie button: an event is not a catering job. The mail to you has the subject "Nowe zgłoszenie na wydarzenie: <title>".

Events in the shop and the API

The shop reads events from GET /api/v1/events (key scope catalog:read) and sends inquiries through POST /api/v1/inquiries with kind event. The "Wydarzenia" menu entry and the /wydarzenia page exist in the shop only while the module is on. Details: Partner API and the storefront contract.
