What is Delieta?
Delieta shows customers a live delivery time — map, driver and ETA — like the big apps, for a local business. The owner sees the fleet, the customer gets a link, the driver drives.
How much does Delieta cost?
Three monthly plans in net zloty: Starter, Growth and Pro. Prices on the page come from the Stripe catalogue; when the catalogue is briefly unavailable we show the last known amounts. Limits (drivers, vehicles, members) are on the plan card.
Does the customer have to install anything?
No. The customer opens an ordinary link in the browser — phone or computer. There is no separate app for the recipient.
How does the customer get the tracking link?
After the order is accepted the customer gets an SMS with a short /o/… address. The same code is on the operator's order card. Anyone who knows the link sees that delivery — name, phone and address do not leave the tracking page.
What happens to the driver's location?
The position is needed to compute ETA and show motion on the map. The customer sees only the current position and the route to them, not the driver's identity. Tracking stops when the order is delivered or rejected.
Is live tracking in every plan?
Yes — live tracking is in Starter, Growth and Pro. Higher plans add analytics, larger fleet limits and, on Pro, readiness for your own domain.
