Drivers

The Drivers list is the people who deliver. The plan limit counts them separately from vehicles. A driver without a vehicle does not leave. A vehicle without a driver sits.

Drivers list

In the panel: Drivers. You add a name, a phone and — once you have a car — an assignment to a vehicle. The plan ceiling blocks the next row. That is not a field error; it is a plan limit. The message says which ceiling you hit.

A driver you delete disappears from the list and the map. It does not erase delivery history they already rode.

Do not mix this list with the team. The team is people in the panel. Drivers are people in the field.

Phone and key

On the driver card there is a drv_… key. The driver opens that address on the phone — the Kierowca app, not the customer tracking page. Until the first signal, the fleet shows “Waiting for GPS”. The first ping is a milestone. Concept: driver GPS. Step by step on the phone: GPS.

Rotating the key invalidates the old address. Do it when the phone changes owner or the link leaked. Do not paste drv_… to the customer. The customer gets the order tracking link.

Duty

A driver is on duty when the fleet sees them as free or on the way. An order waiting in the kitchen does not pin a car to them on the map — you see a ticket, not a vehicle. Assign the car before they leave.

When the driver reports a problem from the phone, it appears in alerts, not as a silent status on the pin.
