Ingredients

Ingredients are the raw materials you build products from. You describe an ingredient once, and every item that uses it gets allergens, nutrition and cost. In the panel: Sklep → Składniki (/app/products/ingredients). The page is available when the Sklep module is on (Modules and subscription).

The list shows how many products use an ingredient ("Użyty w …"), its stock ("Na stanie: X" or "Nie liczymy") and "Cena zakupu". You search with "Szukaj składnika".

Describing an ingredient

The ingredient form has these sections:

• Podstawowe: Nazwa and Jednostka (g, ml or pcs). For a unit other than g you give the grams in one unit.
• Alergeny: products with this ingredient get these allergens automatically.
• Wartości odżywcze na 100 g/ml.
• Stan magazynowy: see below.
• Zakup i dostawca: Cena (purchase price, it lets the raw-material cost of a product be calculated), Dostawca and "Kod u dostawcy".
• Przepis: an ingredient can itself be made of other ingredients. Its allergens are then calculated from the recipe.

You cannot delete an ingredient used in products. The panel tells you to remove it from their composition first.

Stock

Stock is optional. You turn it on with the "Liczę stan" switch and type "Ile masz teraz". Without it the ingredient shows "Nie liczymy stanu tego składnika."

Orders do not reduce stock by themselves — you update it by hand. Stock also does not decide whether an item is in the shop. When something runs out, turn off "Dostępny" on the product. When you edit a product, stock gives only a hint about ingredient availability.

Product composition

You add ingredients to a product in the "Skład i alergeny" section, with a quantity per portion. Description and rules: Products.
