Online payments

The payment account, balance, payouts, disputes and refunds. The customer pays by card or BLIK, the money reaches you.

The customer pays in the shop by card or BLIK, and the money goes straight to your account. You are the seller. Stripe handles the payments, and Delieta connects the shop to Stripe. You set everything in Ustawienia → Sklep, in the "Płatności online" section.

This is the Płatności online module. It needs the Sklep module and is on by default (Modules and subscription). When you turn it off, the shop creates no payments and the order is recorded as paid on site.

Connecting the account

When a payout did not arrive, the panel asks you to check the bank account at Stripe. When payouts are off at Stripe, the money stays on the balance. You set the payout schedule at Stripe, not in Delieta.

Disputes

When a customer disputes a payment at the bank, the panel shows "Spory do odpowiedzi: …". The link leads to the list of orders with disputes. On the order page there is an alert with a button to answer at Stripe. The result of a dispute lands on the order's payment timeline as "Spór wygrany" or "Spór przegrany".

Refunds

You refund on the order page with the Zwróć pieniądze button. The full description and permission rules are on Orders. Remember that the payment fees do not come back.

Test mode

The mode depends on the Stripe key set on the server. In test mode the panel says: "Tryb testowy: płatności są próbne, żadne pieniądze nie przechodzą." (test mode: payments are trial, no money moves). Online orders show the same banner.
