For the company

The owner of a local shop walks this loop before Delieta starts taking “where is my order” calls off the phone. The goal of the first shift is one live /o/… link in the customer’s hands.

Create an account and a company

Go to delieta.pl and create an account. Onboarding asks for a company — the name the customer will see on the tracking page — and a plan (Starter, Growth or Pro). The plan bills the company, not the person. Vehicle and driver ceilings are an entitlement of that plan.

The company URL does not change when you change the display name. See Company.

Add a vehicle and a driver

In the panel: Vehicles, then Drivers. A driver without a vehicle does not ride. A vehicle without a driver sits. The plan ceiling blocks the next row — that is not a form error, it is a plan limit. Handbooks: Vehicles, Drivers.

Turn on GPS

On the driver card there is a drv_… key. The driver opens that address on the phone (Kierowca — Delieta’s phone app). Until the first signal, the fleet shows “Waiting for GPS”. The first ping is driver GPS. Step by step: GPS and phone.

Do not give that key to the customer. The customer gets a different address: the order tracking link.

Accept or create an order

An order arrives from the shop through the Partner API or you type it in Orders. If the company requires acceptance, the ticket waits in the queue before the kitchen commits. Only an accepted order can leave.

Send the tracking link

On the order card there is a public address — in production your-id.delieta.pl/o/…. Copy it and send it to the customer the way you already write to them — SMS, messenger, mail. Whoever knows the link sees that one delivery: map, driver and ETA window. There is no separate app for the diner.

What to watch during the shift

Dashboard and Map show who is riding and what is late. Alerts paint urgency with colour — that is not a read status. See alert severity.
