Products

Menu categories and items — the same thing the shop reads with a publishable key.

Products are what the company sells: categories and items. The shop does not guess the price list. It reads it from Delieta.

What the shop sees

GET /api/v1/menu returns the active products of the company whose publishable key you call with. Prices are in grosz: 3200 is 32.00 PLN. The shop does not send an amount when ordering — the server prices from the product list. A partner who shows a different price than the menu is lying to the customer, not to the API.

The publishable key is for reading the menu and starting checkout. The secret key stays on the shop server. Rotating the publishable one invalidates the old one immediately. Details: Partner API and storefront contract.

A disabled item vanishes from the menu response. The shop does not get an “unavailable” flag to honour on its own — either it is in the menu, or it is not.

Categories and items

In the panel: Products (under Back office). Category first (Pizza, Drinks), then an item in the category (Margherita) — with no category the “Dodaj pozycję” (add item) button stays disabled. Category and item order is storefront order; change it with the arrows on each row.

An item has a name, a description, a price (typed in złoty in the panel, e.g. 12,50; the API returns grosz) and — when it applies — allergens from the EU list. Variants and extras, e.g. size, are option groups with a złoty surcharge and one choice rule: exactly one, at most one, or several. An empty description is fine. An empty price will not save.

This is not inventory. There are no stock counts in this version. Disabling an item is the only way to take it off the shop today.
