In Warsaw nobody waits “up to an hour”. They open a link and see the scooter on Puławska — or they know they still have time to shower.
In the evening the phone in a Warsaw kitchen never stops. The courier is stuck in traffic on a bridge, and the diner asks a third time because “on the way” does not tell them much.
