Łódź: the whole fleet on one map
A few vans out at once — one in Widzew, another in Retkinia — and a calm head. The dispatcher sees them all on one map, and the customer knows when the driver will arrive.
Łódź is the long Piotrkowska, post-factory yards and districts spread wide around the centre. Service companies, florists and couriers here often have several vehicles out at once, and each should be back before the shift ends.
Delieta brings the whole fleet into one place. You can see who is in Bałuty, who is waiting at Manufaktura, and which job may slip because Piotrkowska is closed for an event — before anyone has to call.
A customer waiting for a washer repair, a copier or wedding flowers gets a link with the same time the dispatcher sees on the map. Nothing to install.
A van in Widzew and a van in Retkinia on one map — no digging through notes.
